Can't see main menu of program

http://gyazo.com/3e59bb67837ee8d5249ed401cb3321d3 Looks like that.

Can only read half the word and see two buttons (those buttons DO work, though.)

  1. Make sure this window in in focus
  2. Press and hold: Ctrl + Shift + i --> the devlopment console will open
  3. Make sure the internal part of the window is in focus by highlighting some text
  4. Press and hold: Ctrl + F5
  5. Close the develpoment console

Should clean all cache and, hopefully fix this.

Bumer. Maybe it is a DPI issue. Are you using an enlarged display settings under Windows?

Im using an alienware 14 inch display laptop. (M14x) factory settings.. Im not exactly sure how to calculate the DPI... Nothing inlarged.

Seems like a good "candidate" for this.

Control Panel -> Display

then see http://imgur.com/r04XOXD

It should be to the left most (smaller).

Overwolf will improve support for this in the future.

Actually - I think it is set by moving to the 100% option in the image here: http://imgur.com/EA605P6

I also tried those things and they didnt work. The display options/enlargement percentages also is NOT a viable solution for me as the rest of the my programs have been configured with these options and I do not want to reset ANY of them. I have a 4000 pixel monitor (3850 by 2150) which might be part of the problem, however like I said all my programs have been individually set so I can both read & use them, so touching those options is not a viable solution for me.

Try

  1. navigating to the Overwolf installation folder - usually under: %programfiles%\overwolf
  2. right click Overwolf.exe and select properties
  3. Select the compatibility tab
  4. check disable DPI (or whatnot)

This, hopefully, will only cancel DPI changes for Overwolf Windows and not a global system-wide setting

You'll have to send me a screenshot or something showing how, because I just tried this and ended up at this menu: http://gyazo.com/517a82b1ba138c3b94c0ef1c2eb0c1bd

It doesn't have a DPI control (as far as I can see).

Oh, no never mind, I figured it out. However, nothing changed after I tried this. still at: http://gyazo.com/9e9c5618632305af87d5bed2abeea60c -OP

I thought this might do the trick: http://imgur.com/iYIsRgz

but maybe not - maybe you'll actually have to do this: http://imgur.com/jJKipcA

I just tried those settings (http://imgur.com/iYIsRgz) and it didn't work.

Again, (http://imgur.com/jJKipcA) the second set of settings IS NOT a viable solution for me, because almost every program on my computer has been individually configured due to my 4k resolution screen and my specific hardware. I do not want to touch any settings that will affect ANY other programs.

Thanks - OP
